Warrenty
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it is possible that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim a warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes available within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you can contact us, within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will provide a free repair or replacement.

Complaints It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an e-mail to info@ihimana.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the Platform of the European Union.
